1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not medical advice

Health Tuner is a self-tracking tool. The daily coefficient and the weighting of components are opinionated defaults for general self-improvement — they are not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Never delay seeking professional care based on anything you see here. If you are unwell, consult a qualified clinician.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that are used to violate these Terms or to attack the service.

4. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, credential stuffing, or scale-abuse.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, CSRF, or authentication.
• No reverse-engineering or reselling the service.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime, and we may change or discontinue features. Health Tuner is currently free; we reserve the right to introduce paid tiers with prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health Tuner and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
